Warranty

Every OcciRest comes with a 2-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, counted from the day your order is delivered.

What's covered

• Motor, heating and kneading mechanism faults
• Battery and charging faults under normal use
• Buttons and controls that stop working

What's not covered

• Damage from drops, liquids or misuse
• Normal wear of the fabric cover
• Products that have been opened or repaired by third parties

How to make a claim

Email support@occivia.com with your order number, a short description and, if possible, a photo or video of the issue. We'll repair or replace your OcciRest at no cost to you.

The warranty is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
